Most of my creative life has been devoted to writing fiction in its many forms. I studied creative writing and film at the University of Iowa as part of the undergraduate creative writing cohort under the Iowa Writer’s Workshop.

Following my formal instruction, I’ve written scripts, manuscripts, treatments, outlines, story/property bibles, and support materials across publishing, interactive, film/tv, and development, flexing my screenwriting and prose muscles as I built my story development chops. I’ve had unique opportunities to experience and shape narrative frameworks and creative processes in disparate categories and industries, and it’s given me unique perspective and a formidable arsenal of storytelling tools. From short stories and adult novels to film scripts and interactive writing, I’ve had the privilege of playing in some of my favorite sandboxes already, and I’m always chasing down new avenues of imagination and expression.
